Nordic Morning acquires Ottoboni, a leading digital communications agency in Sweden

Ottoboni’s expertise in digital strategies, service design and technical solutions perfectly complements Nordic Morning’s service offering. We are now able to help our customers thoroughly in their digital transformation and in creating digital presence for their brands and business. Nordic Morning acquires the company from Nordkom AB.

Ottoboni is one of Sweden’s largest and most experienced digital communication agencies employing about 100 people in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. The company was established in 2001 and was acquired by Nordkom in 2010.

The acquisition of Ottoboni strengthens Nordic Morning’s position in the Swedish communications market and increases the revenue from Sweden to two-thirds of the total group revenue. The remaining one-third of group revenue comes from Finland.

Ottoboni provides a “one stop shop” service for enhancing brands’ digital presence. The service includes digital strategies, service design, and technical solutions that are realized, for example, as websites, mobile applications, intranets, and solutions within the areas of e-commerce, CRM, and web analysis. The customers are well-established local and international companies and organizations, such as E.ON, L’Oréal Paris, Cloetta, Försvarsmakten and Telia.
